Advice on our City Hall Prices and Packages
We have not raised our prices for San Francisco City Hall weddings in over 15 years. We have maintained this affordability by keeping our costs down and taking less profit. We want our clients to have the best prices combined with exceptional wedding photography. If none of our City Hall photography packages fit your budget, we will work with you to find a package that is affordable and also gives you the type of coverage you need. Please let us know your budget and will try to come up with something that works for you. Please read below to understand more about our pricing philosophy and how to understand what you are really paying when you are searching for package options. There is more to pricing then the listed price.
Don't Just Look at Wedding Photography Prices
If you are searching for an inexpensive SF city hall wedding photographer, we urge you to make sure you are comparing the different options carefully. Yes, there are less expensive San Francisco city hall photographers out there, but some of them do not offer the same benefits or products. For example, many companies only offer a fixed number of photos in your package. It may appear like a great price until you see that you only receive 75 images of the 200+ they captured at your SF city hall wedding. In addition, some wedding photographers only offer limited coverage time to go with their lower pricing. There are even companies that will not allow the client full rights to their images unless the newlyweds pay an additional fee.
To be fair, there are actually some San Francisco city hall wedding photographers that offer low pricing and the same products and services that we do. Many are exceptional wedding photographers with similar experience to our own. We urge you to shop carefully and look at ALL the variables and not just the price. the whole point here is read the packages and prices carefully and see what you are truly receiving for your money.
Check the Photographers Experience Before Signing the Contract
In general, it is a good idea to check the experience levels and quality of the photographers photos before making this all-important decision. I would strongly advise against using price as the only deciding factor in your booking decision. It is important to understand all of the options offered and what is included and NOT included in any wedding photographer's packages. Here are some of the features we offer within our affordable city hall wedding packages:
- You keep ALL of the images captured at your wedding
- No watermarks or limitations on photo usage (full reproduction rights)
- 2 photographers present with most packages (rare for SF city hall)
- Award winning lead photographer with over 15 years of city hall weddings
- Black and white and Sepia tone images included in all proofs
- Some Photoshop enhancements included for free (removal of exit signs and most people)
- 24 hour previews of your wedding pictures by request
- Military and Veteran Discounts (see photo above) - just ask
Other City Hall Photography Pricing Factors to Consider
Make sure that your city hall wedding photography packages include everything you will need to have a complete wedding album that can stand on its own and tell the story of the marriage. Make sure to ask your city hall wedding photographer if they offer all the optional products you might want after the wedding. Do they offer printing? What about wedding albums? Will they provide Free Photoshop work either as an option or for extra money? Have the photographer define for you what is included in their normal editing process.
How to Qualify for SF City Hall Discount Packages
We offer SF City Hall photography discounts throughout the year for various reasons. The best way to find out what is currently being offered is to send us an email or give us a call. We always offer military personnel a 5% discount and possibly more for larger packages. We have recently started to extend this discount to Military veterans as well. We also offer Cash Discounts, but both payments need to be made in person to qualify.
